Therapy for
working moms

Holding it all together feels hard because it is hard.

From navigating pregnancy and parental leave, to returning to work, to figuring out how exactly you’re meant to find balance, being a working mom has its own set of challenges, no matter how old your kids are.

Your time is even more limited than before. You’re adjusting to new rules, new boundaries, and a new version of yourself. Maybe you used to pour yourself into work and now you’re trying to figure out how to keep up while juggling childcare. Maybe your workplace is supportive – or maybe it’s not. You might be struggling with your mood, your patience, your sense of purpose, or just feeling like yourself again.

As a parent who’s gone through pregnancy, the return to work, and the ongoing juggle of running a business while raising kids, I know firsthand how complicated this season can feel. I’m trained in perinatal mental health and have worked at a women’s shelter supporting moms through postpartum depression and anxiety. My years in the corporate world add another layer, and I understand what it’s like to try to do it all in environments that don’t always make it easy.

In therapy, we’ll make space for you — not just your roles. We’ll talk about the guilt, the pressure, and the invisible expectations that so many mothers carry. Together, we’ll unpack what you’ve taken on, what actually matters, and what needs to shift.

Common themes I work with
