Therapy for professionals
I’m Naomi, therapist, entrepreneur, and former corporate high achiever – here to help you feel steadier and more grounded, no matter what’s happening at work

Work is demanding. But you don’t have to lose yourself in it.
You’ve promised yourself that work wouldn’t take over – but it has. You may be working far more hours than you bargained for, and struggling to know what your boundaries are – never mind setting them. You might spend a lot of time ruminating about what went wrong yesterday, or worrying whether you’ll meet your goals tomorrow – and it’s affecting your ability to enjoy the present. You may also have a challenging relationship with a boss or colleague that eats at you, even though you know you shouldn’t take things personally.
Maybe you’re new in a role and feel like you have no idea what you’re doing. Or perhaps you know what you’re doing but don’t feel supported by your team. You may have recently faced a disappointment – a missed promotion, a layoff, or a lost opportunity – and are questioning whether you’re as capable as you thought.
In therapy, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface – the beliefs, fears, and habits that drive your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors at work. Together, we work on quieting self-criticism, managing stress and uncertainty, clarifying what matters to you, and creating space for reflection. We also look at patterns from your past that show up in the office. The goal is to help you feel steadier, more grounded, and more yourself – without having to compromise your career or wellbeing.
You don’t have to sacrifice your wellbeing to succeed at work.
