Speaking & Workshops
Therapist. Former corporate leader. Speaking about the parts of work we don’t usually talk about.
Blending clinical insight and 17 years of corporate experience to help people understand themselves at work.

The people in your audience are capable and driven. But underneath that, there’s pressure. Overthinking. Stress. And a lot that doesn’t get said out loud.
In my talks and workshops, we look at what’s really happening beneath the surface — the unspoken patterns, pressures, and emotional dynamics that shape how we show up at work.
This isn’t about checking a mental health box with quick fixes or hacks. It’s about helping people understand themselves more clearly, so they can respond more intentionally—to their work, their relationships, and the expectations they carry.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 17 years in the corporate world. I understand the pace, the pressure, and what it feels like to be responsible for outcomes while quietly managing your own internal experience.
And like many of the people I speak to, I’ve also experienced what it means to keep showing up while navigating something difficult. Going through cancer changed how I understand capacity, control, and what we ask of ourselves at work.
My talks bring together clinical insight and real-world corporate experience to meet people where they’re at—and help them feel seen, understood, and a little more equipped to navigate what’s in front of them.
The topics I speak about
- The emotional side of work
- Burnout, over-functioning, and chronic pressure
- Leadership, responsibility, and isolation
- Capacity, control, and uncertainty
- The internal patterns that shape how we show up
- Navigating difficult life experiences while continuing to work
Ways We Can Work Together
Every audience is different, which means I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Talks and workshops can be tailored to the specific context, challenges, and goals of your group.
Formats include keynotes, interactive workshops, panels and moderated conversations, as well as custom sessions designed around your audience’s needs.
Sessions are available virtually or in person.
